The Following is a list of testimonies and press release from Crime, Trauma, Suicide and Bio-hazard decontamination projects. The Names have been removed in respect for the families involved.

The two gentlemen that arrived to perform the clean-up were professional, courteous and answered my questions. Their quick response time alleviated what would have been a significantly costlier project. This also equated to less stress on our end to restore the damages which would have been compounded with each passing day. I think that more information about such situations and the resulting contaminants needs to be passed on to not only those left to deal with such an event, but those that handle the bodies. Even though most people wear gloves, whatever they touch (walls, door knobs, railings, etc.) is potentially contaminated. I never knew this until it happened to us. It should be mandatory that EMS, Police, Funeral Directors, etc. go behind themselves with alcohol or at least advise people not to touch anything until they are able to do so.

VERMONT CRIME AND TRAUMA SCENE CLEANUP

3-9-09 Our family wishes to thank the Baycon Corporation and its staff for their support and expressions of sympathy upon the sudden loss of my son. We especially want to thank the staff and particularly Timothy McCormack. From the very beginning his handling of a very difficult situation was extremely caring and respectful, showing great compassion. He made sure our family and home were safe and secure, all the while making himself available whenever necessary. His personal approach helped make a very difficult period of time as easy as possible for my family, and helped put our minds at ease. The local Town is extremely fortunate to have such a caring and knowledgeable contact that will be there for any one of us in our time of need. We are indeed lucky to live in a community with professional people who truly care for all of us.

3-7-09 Baycon corp. responded quickly to my call for assistance, even when others refused. Although it was early in the morning, Baycon corp. came right out and rendered a very dangerous situation safe, securing and carting away cyanide from a scene. With one person already deceased, it was a relief to see the way that Baycon corp. worked and the efforts taken to make sure that no one else was hurt.  I am grateful to them for their great customer service, their expertise, the way they handled all the paperwork and billing and the efforts they made to follow up.
